Dr. Madhav provides high quality, holistic chiropractic care for all phases of life. Whether you have specific health concerns or goals, or simply want to enhance your health, he is happy to help you.
The focus is on helping your mind and body to function at their highest potential by enhancing strengths and uncovering interferences. Chiropractic is about life, and can be a powerful asset for your journey in wellness & growth.
For 125+ years, the chiropractic profession has supported the resolution of an immense number of complex medical and neurological cases. Used to address a wide array of health concerns, from asthma and digestive issues to neurological disorders and women's health concerns, chiropractic has proven to be a powerful tool for healing and health.
An elegant picture of how this is possible is emerging from a substantial body of modern research. Essentially, adjusting the spine helps the brain to become better aware of its internal and external environment. This heightened awareness and tighter connection allows the brain to more accurately coordinate how the whole body can function at its best.

At Integrate, we have a special place in our hearts for children and mothers-to-be. Guiding development in a positive direction from an early age is much more efficient for health than trying to reverse decades of sub-optimal patterning.
Even infants can benefit from subtle and safe chiropractic adjustments, which can help to set them on an optimal developmental path.
Adjustments are carefully delivered, specific for the child's age and frame. In addition to the pediatric curriculum at Life University, Dr Madhav has specialized training with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) in order to provide competent and expert care for your little ones
Development continues far after adolescence. With the discovery of neuroplasticity, health professionals now understand that patterns & habits are forever fluid. While early care may be optimal, chiropractic supports on-going development at any age. It is never too late to start.
In addition to our own neuroplasticity & development, it is very exciting to have an entire new being develop in a mother-to-be. The Webster Technique is generally understood as the gold standard of pregnancy chiropractic, which Dr Madhav is certified in by the ICPA.
Chiropractic adjustments can significantly enhance athletic performance.
A substantial body of evidence now demonstrates that people receiving chiropractic care have significant improvements in strength, coordination, and proprioception (sense of self-movement & body position) - elements that are essential in great athletic performance.
The evidence is clear that chiropractic adjustments can increase strength by an average of 16% in a healthy person (1), 6% in Olympic level athletes (2), and 64% in stroke patients (7). This is simply incredible.
"It is well established that physical activity that incorporates high muscle tensions, i.e., resistance strength training, can lead to an increase in muscle force. However... the increase in contraction force may not solely be explained by increases in muscle cross-sectional area or volume. Rather, an increased “neural drive” (from the brain) to the muscle fibers contributes to the increase in force, even in the absence of increases in muscle size. Thus, not only muscle size and muscle phenotype, but also neural innervation are important determinants of maximal contractile muscle strength" (3).
By increasing the body’s awareness of itself, chiropractic care can support injury prevention.
Falls account for more than 80% of injury-related hospital admissions in people older than 65 years, and they are the leading cause of injury-related death in older adults (4), (5). The costs of these injuries cannot be overstated.
Research now demonstrates that by adjusting the spine, joint position sense, coordination of movement, multi-sensory integration, the physical component of quality of life, and other functional measures specifically associated with fall risk significantly improve (6).
These major findings have far reaching implications beyond the prevention of falls. Consider the complex movement patterns that are required for driving or playing with a child. Chiropractic adjustments can support these daily activities that require complex coordination and accurate processing of sensory information.
This is the power of the adjustment.
Since chiropractic has such a profound impact on the nervous system, it is no wonder that one feels such a sense of emotional integration on the table.
"After my session, I felt a deeper sense of
groundedness, connection, and peace."
- Rachel S., client
